Summerlin is a master-planned community with village associations and HOA standards. I do my best to get the HOA rules and regulations to every tenant once the owner or HOA provides them, I follow up promptly when an HOA reports a violation, and I keep you in the loop on any notices.

Renting a home in a 55+ community takes a manager who understands how these communities work. Age-restricted HOAs have their own leasing rules and approval steps, and I work with you and the HOA to follow the community’s leasing and approval requirements, help get the right paperwork to the HOA, and do my best to get the rules and regulations to every tenant once the owner or HOA provides them. If an HOA reports a violation, I follow up promptly and keep you in the loop.
