I own rental homes here in Las Vegas too, so I know what keeps owners up at night, and I manage every home the way I’d want mine managed.

- Tenant screening & placement: careful, consistent screening to help find qualified tenants.
- Rent collection & statements: rent is paid online, and you get a clear monthly statement in your owner portal.
- Maintenance coordination: I respond to tenant requests promptly and coordinate repairs through local vendors I trust, and you stay in the loop.
- Leases & renewals: I prepare the lease, get it signed and keep track of renewals.
- Property inspections: I check in on your home to help spot small problems early.
- Vacancy marketing: your home is listed where renters are looking, including Zillow.
