I'm April Huynh, a licensed REALTOR® and property manager with Life Realty District. I work with investors who own several rental homes across Las Vegas, Henderson and North Las Vegas, whether that's two houses or a growing portfolio. Many of them live out of state, including in Southern California.

When you own several rentals, the details multiply: more tenants, more repairs, more paperwork. My goal is to keep it simple for you.

One point of contact for all of your rental properties

I personally oversee every home I manage, and you'll always be able to reach me directly, with one point of contact for every home you own instead of a different person for each property. I know your homes, your preferences and how you like to approve repairs, so you don't have to repeat yourself.

Monthly reporting across your whole portfolio

Each month you'll get statements for every home, together in one online owner portal. You can see rent collected, expenses and documents for all of your properties in one place, which also makes things easier for your CPA at tax time.

An agent and a property manager in one

Most property managers only manage, and most agents only sell. I'm licensed to do both. I can help you look for your next Las Vegas investment property, share what similar homes are renting for, and then manage it once you close. When the time comes to sell a rental, I can help with that too.

HOA communities

Many Las Vegas Valley rentals are in an HOA, and owning several often means several sets of rules. I do my best to get HOA rules and regulations to every tenant once the owner or HOA provides them, and I follow up promptly when an HOA reports a violation.
