What areas do you manage in?
The whole Las Vegas Valley, including Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin and North Las Vegas. My office is at Life Realty District, 2225 Village Walk Dr, Suite 200, Henderson.
Are you licensed?
Yes. I’m a Nevada REALTOR® (S.0178208) and licensed Property Manager (PM.167032), with Life Realty District as my brokerage.
How much does property management cost?
Every home and every owner is different, so I give each owner a personalized quote after I learn about your property and what you need. Call me at (702) 305-2473 or request a quote, and everything is in writing before you sign.
When do I get paid?
Rent is paid online and you get a clear statement every month in your owner portal. Your quote explains exactly how and when you get paid.
How do you find and screen tenants?
I list your home where renters are looking, including Zillow, and screen carefully and consistently to help find qualified tenants.
Who handles repairs?
When a tenant calls, I respond fast and get repairs handled through local vendors I trust. I keep you in the loop.
Do you inspect the property?
Yes. I check in on your home so small problems get caught before they grow.
Can I see my statements online?
Yes. Owners can see statements and documents anytime in the owner portal, and tenants can pay rent and send repair requests online.
I live out of state. Can you still manage my home?
Yes. Many owners aren’t local. The owner portal and regular updates keep you informed wherever you live.
Do you also help buy and sell?
Yes. I help owners sell, help tenants become homeowners, and help investors find their next rental.
Do you offer pricing for multiple properties?
Yes. If you own more than one rental, ask me about pricing for multiple properties.
